What we've been up to

It's been raining. A lot. One day Isaac had enough of being cooped up, so he went outside and washed his trucks and the dog bowls in the rain. Thanks buddy! I'll take all the help I can get.

Even though we've had a few rainouts, the Mets are still going strong. They love when they get to play on the big field and hang out in the dugout. See Isaac in there? He assumes he's part of the team too.

Mo and I got to dress up one night for a dinner. "You always get to go to special dinners," said Finnian. If only that were true!

Then we spent a beautiful Mother's Day at home, with a little outing to our neighborhood beach. We weren't planning on getting wet, but the weather got nicer and nicer, so the boys started shedding their clothes, until they were swimming in their undies. I hope they remember days like this one.
I know I will.
