snow day!

Yesterday, we got a lot of snow. Somewhere between 1-2 feet. It was amazing! But, the best part of all was that both Finnian and Mo had snow days AND we knew about it the night before. When does that ever happen?

To celebrate, when all the boys woke up, everyone put on their Saturday pants that I just finished this past weekend. They are super soft flannel PJ bottoms - so simple to make! This time, I made some for Mo too, because he always seemed slightly jealous when I've made Saturday pants (so named because we like to be comfortable on the weekends) for the boys in the past.

Not the best photo, but I had to include it. The boys were so happy to spend a Wednesday at home with dad:

Mo took the big boys out to clean the driveway and cars.

Finnian made the snow fort he's been dreaming of since November.

Then we spent the rest of the day doing what we've been doing since Christmas: playing legos, sewing, working on the train table, making granola and bread and enjoying a crock pot dinner.

As I post these, I'm realizing that he's becoming a bit of a ham, always asking me to photograph him and his creations. Funny, as Isaac used to be the only starlet in the family. I love how they all affect and influence each other.

Well anyways, snow days rule.
