Mo came home from his trip early enough to catch the Patriots playoff game at home.
Xavier dressed up for the occasion.
He was just as smiley after the game. Mo, however, was not.
We took advantage of his extra day off to get out of the house and visit a model railroad display at a local museum. The train artist is also a fine artist and historian. He is fascinating! We enjoyed talking with him and seeing his work. Because we went on an off day, the boys had the entire display (and all of the buttons) to themselves. What a treat!
The artist also designed a train display at a restaurant in an old train station near us, that happens to serve incredible pizza and drinks. We are regulars because the boys enjoy the trains while we enjoy our meal. Win-win!
Anyway, we all enjoyed meeting the man behind the magic.
