a little Thanksgiving prep

Like many Americans, we spent part of today working in the kitchen. I am lucky. I don't have to cook much of anything for Thanksgiving as we're going to spend it at Mo's parents' house, where everyone is a gourmet chef! However, the boys wanted to bring something they made, so we baked a batch of pumpkin cookies with cream cheese frosting. Now, they don't look like much (they said the batter resembled "baby poop"), but they do taste yummy and Thanksgiving-y.
